Location was fine to go to Montezumas Castle.
When we got there they did not have our booking through your company and wanted to charge regular rate. We had to make her call verify. She was not favorable about your company and said we should just call the hotel first and skip your services!

Looked dirty. Family of 4 booked and only 2 towels. Blow dryer and the outlet didn't work.

The young man at check-in was super friendly and helped us check in quickly even though their system was down. The breakfast was well-staffed and tasty. The seasonal pool will open soon, easily accessible from here.

Beds we're comfortable, pillows good. Breakfast was plentiful, better the 2nd day than the first when all the hot food was barely lukewarm. The breakfast area was very clean.
A second chair was needed to sit in when one person is at the desk. Air conditioner was noisy but windows opened which was good.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was particularly good and perfect and close enough to several fast food establishments, camp verde, clean rooms and comfy beds/pillows, and restaurants. The room was reasonably large with towels.
